Where is Valley Wide and what is it?
ReplyDeleteI looks like there is going to be a 50% chance of rain, I don't know if thats a factor in what trail we run. I don't mind which we do, but I am leaning towards the rock trails.
ReplyDeleteValley Wide is the gas station/ranch store on main street (highway 33) on the other side of the highway 20.
ReplyDeleteI think we should go to the Rock Trail. Does anyone know if we need buggy whips for Red Road since its over at the dunes?
O ok. I'm for red road but i dont know if we need the whips or not.
ReplyDeleteI still check this when i get an e-mail lol but anyways I looked into that while I was still up there and from what I understand you do need a whip if you are on the dunes themselves but you don't need to have an orv sticker just from what I understand I'm not 100%. Oh yah and if you guys ever actually do stickers I want one so let me know.
ReplyDeleteprobably wouldnt be a bad idea to have flag whips so if we decided to play on the dunes then we could. I believe in most places if your vehicle is registered then you wouldnt need a OHV sticker. I think the rock trail would be best for the weekend so someone can find out for sure.
ReplyDeleteIve personally been thinking of a club sticker, and will be something we'll have to talk about on saturday.
I have a friend who can make them for us. I asked him a while ago and he was all for it. Won't cost very much either. I would say less than $5 but dont hold me to it.
ReplyDeleteTurned out to be a great run with lots of fun. Thanks for all of those who where able to come. Thinking about another trip on Saturday May 28th, let mw know if you would like to go.
